Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the AlarmGoo mobile application ("App", "Service"). By accessing or using AlarmGoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using AlarmGoo in any manner, you confirm that:

a) You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital age

of consent in your country, whichever is higher).

b) You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

c) You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

If you are using AlarmGoo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. About Alarmgoo

AlarmGoo is a no-snooze alarm application developed and owned by Random Hit LLP. The App is designed to help users wake up on time by requiring completion of a cognitive challenge (such as solving a math problem, matching colors, typing a phrase, or completing a roller combination lock) before an alarm can be dismissed. The App operates primarily on the user's local device.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access certain features of AlarmGoo, you may be required

to sign in using a Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) as provided by Google.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of

your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 You agree to notify us immediately at support@randomhit.site

if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Random Hit LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate

your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

4. Free Trial And Subscription

4.1 FREE TRIAL

AlarmGoo offers a 3 (three) day free trial upon first installation, during which all Pro features are available at no charge. The free trial begins automatically from the date of first installation.

4.2 SUBSCRIPTION PLAN

After the free trial period expires, continued access to Pro features requires a paid subscription ("AlarmGoo Pro") at a rate of INR 199 (Indian Rupees One Hundred and Ninety-Nine) per month ("Subscription Fee").

4.3 BILLING

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4.4 CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

4.5 PRICE CHANGES

Random Hit LLP reserves the right to change the Subscription Fee at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the App after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4.6 FREE TIER LIMITATIONS

Users who do not subscribe to AlarmGoo Pro after the trial period will be limited to: 1 active alarm, 1 challenge type (Color Match), and 3 basic ringtones. Additional features require an active subscription.

4.7 REFUND POLICY

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the respective platform. For any billing disputes, please contact support@randomhit.site.

5. Permitted Use

5.1 AlarmGoo is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use

only. You may not:

a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to

derive the source code of the App.

b) Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the

App or any part thereof.

c) Sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App

or your access to it.

d) Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or

abusive purpose.

e) Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the alarm

enforcement mechanisms of the App.

f) Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.

g) Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other

malicious code through the App.

5.2 We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate

legal action against anyone who violates these Terms, including terminating their account.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content within AlarmGoo, including but not limited to

the app name, logo, mascot character, UI design, graphics, text, sounds, code, and all other materials, are the exclusive property of Random Hit LLP and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

6.2 Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property

rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal use as permitted by these Terms.

6.3 "AlarmGoo," the AlarmGoo logo, and the AlarmGoo mascot

are trademarks of Random Hit LLP. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

7. Alarm Functionality And Disclaimer

7.1 AlarmGoo is designed to help users wake up on time. However,

Random Hit LLP does not guarantee that the alarm will fire under all device conditions. Alarm delivery may be affected by:

a) Device battery optimization settings

b) iOS or Android operating system restrictions on background

processes

c) Device being powered off or in airplane mode

d) Silent mode settings (Critical Alerts availability varies

by device and OS version)

e) Third-party app conflicts

f) Network or system-level interruptions

7.2 YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR WAKING UP ON TIME. RANDOM HIT

LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM A MISSED ALARM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED MEETINGS, APPOINTMENTS, FLIGHTS, EXAMS, OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION.

7.3 We strongly recommend testing the alarm under your specific

device conditions and maintaining backup alarms where critical wake-ups are required.

8. Disclaimer Of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

RANDOM HIT LLP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

- THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE

- ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

- THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS

- THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RANDOM HIT LLP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 500, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Random Hit LLP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

a) Your use of the App

b) Your violation of these Terms

c) Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any

third party

11. Third-Party Services

11.1 AlarmGoo may use or integrate with third-party services

including but not limited to:

- Google Sign-In (Google LLC) — for authentication

- Firebase (Google LLC) — for account management and data sync

- RevenueCat — for subscription management

- Apple App Store / Google Play Store — for payment processing

11.2 Your use of these third-party services is governed by their

respective terms and privacy policies. Random Hit LLP is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

11.3 Links to third-party websites or services do not constitute

an endorsement by Random Hit LLP.

12. Children'S Use

AlarmGoo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@randomhit.site and we will delete such information promptly.

13. Modifications To The App And Terms

13.1 Random Hit LLP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or

discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

13.2 We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you

of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be

available at https://www.randomhit.site/

14. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance

with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms

or the use of AlarmGoo shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India.

14.3 You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from

these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Random Hit LLP regarding your use of AlarmGoo and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
